Subject: Thank you for your service to God!

Dear Mr. Adams,

As far as I know, we have never met. I don’t know anything about you except that you wrote only one song in the song book used here at the prison. I don’t know if you have written hundreds of other songs, or if God just called you to write this one. Many people in the Bible seem to only have been called on by God to accomplish one thing with their life. He used Bezaleel to build the furniture for the tabernacle.

Exodus 31:2-5 “2 See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: 3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, 4 To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, 5 And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.”

It doesn’t say what he did after that. Maybe it doesn’t matter. That one job was enough to bless millions for many years to come.

I just wanted to let you know that your song, “Where the Spirit of the Lord Is” has blessed and helped me greatly. As you said in the song, God’s Spirit will give comfort in life’s darkest hour. Thanks for that reminder. I know that millions have had it so much worse than me over the centuries and that Christians today, especially in America, are weak, soft, spoiled, and not ready in the least for real trials or tribulation, but even so, there have been plenty of “dark hours” for me in the last few years and your song has been a blessing beyond words. Thanks for writing it.

If you read this, please write to me, and let me know what motivated you to write that song, and tell me a little bit about yourself. If you did nothing else for the Lord with your life, that song will still live on and reap a harvest for the kingdom. It has comforted me greatly in my dark hours. I get letters telling how my simple creation videos have helped people to be drawn to the Lord. It is such a blessing to hear that God has, is, and will continue to use our feeble efforts for His glory!

I only play the piano with two fingers, and very slowly at that. It is a rainy day here. I haven’t seen my wife of 36 years in over two years. The government is attempting to destroy our ministry if they can. Certainly, the press has not been our friend! Yet, God has sustained us through it all. Even if this is the only song you have written, I pray it will motivate thousands to do something, even if only one thing, for Christ. I just came from the totally deserted Chapel where I sat and played it over and over. God used it to comfort me. Thanks! I thought you might need to know.

In Christ,
Kent Hovind

    Dear Dr. Hovind,
Thank you for your post. We have been calling to see about the progress of getting your land back, since it has been paid for. We will continue to pray about that and about getting to see your wife.
You are so right about the American people not being ready for trouble. And we’re right in the middle of it, on the brink of it getting much worse.
Thanks for the warnings and the examples. Some are paying attention.
    Love in Christ,
    The Jaggers Family

    Dear Dr. Dino,

Thanks for your wonderful ministry! “God is working” is a song performed by the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, and it really ministers to me.

    Here are the lyrics:

God is working; He’s still working
    God is working even now
Though we often don’t know just how
God is working, He’s still working
    God is working even now.

    Though we cannot see
    And we can’t quite understand
Remember God is still in control
He has promised to see you thru somehow
    And He’s working even now

God is working; He’s still working
    God is working even now
Though we often don’t know just how
God is working; He’s still working
    God is working even now.

    Hallelujah, He’s working even now
    Hallelujah, He’s working even now
Though we often don’t know just how
God is working; He’s still working
    God is working even now.

Still praying for your release! I know God is working in these last days!

    Love in Christ,

    Dear Dr. Kent
We have been mightily blessed by your video’s. Only got to watch it this year after someone blessed us with it. As with many other folks, this came just in the nick of time.
The Lord has laid a burden on my heart for you, sir, and I have been praying fervently for you. What has come to my heart, is that the Lord is preparing you for the message of the Cross. This is the most powerful statement in history: The word of the Cross is foolishness to those that are lost, but to those who are saved, it is the power of God. Compare what you have been going through these past years, and consider yourself blessed: You are walking in the footsteps of the Saviour,
Consider the following sequence: When Jesus took bread, he 1. Took it 2. Blessed it 3. Broke it 4. Gave it.
Jesus was taken, Blessed by the Father, doing miracles,Broken on the cross, and then given so that many should eat and be filled.
You wrote about Joseph, he walked the same path. All the prophets and mighty men of the Word went same way. Shout for joy, you are being persecuted for the sake and name of the one who died for you.
If you ask the Lord to reveal the power of the cross to you, and study the comparison between the different sacrifices of the old Testament to the cross, you will experience tremendous growth and success with ministering to souls. There is a red line through the scriptures, all linked to the cross. Seems foolish, ah but what power!
May the Lord strengthen you and minister to your spirit, bro.
We are standing in the gap for you.
    In Christ

    Dear Brother Hovind,
Hi! You are continually on our hearts. And the LORD has interesting ways of making sure of it!
Every time we see a certain outspoken person talking about some little known founding fathers and the documents they put together, you come to mind!! His best efforts are always at the beginning of the Sabbath! Psalm 2. May your 4th of July be blessed, despite your circumstances!

    Hello Dr. Hovind,

I have been very blessed by your ministry. Because of you, I have been inspired to start my own creation ministry here in Canada and hope to travel around speaking at churches about creation/evolution.

I am also a singer/songwriter and wrote a song a while back called Jesus is There. It’s a song of comfort for people who are going through difficult times like yourself. When I saw that the person above had posted song lyrics, it occurred to me that you might like to read the lyrics to mine. Here they are:

    Jesus is There

    To the poor orphan boy
    So sad and alone
    Moved from family to family
With no place to call home
    To the unwed, teen mother
    When everyone stares
    Just hold your head high
    Jesus is there

    To the over-worked husband
    Whose pressure and stress
    Makes him think about ending
    A life that’s a mess
    To the gentle old widow
    So lonesome and scared
    Just close your eyes
    Jesus is there

    Just one open heart
    And one honest prayer
    And he’ll never forsake you
    Jesus is there

    To the tough teenage boy
    Whose body is bruised
    From the hating and fighting
And the drugs he has used
    To the battered young housewife
    Who’d run if she dared
    Right by your side
    Jesus is there

    To the helpless young girl
    Who’s finding too much
    Confusion – not love
    In her daddy’s touch
    To the homeless old man
    When life seems unfair
    And you’re asking why
    Jesus is there

    Repeat Chorus

    There’s hope for tomorrow
    Cuz Jesus is there

I will actually be recording this song in a studio later this month. Perhaps I could send you a copy if you are allowed to receive and listen to music. Let me know if that is possible and I will either mail you a CD or e-mail you the mp3 file.

Try to stay positive and God bless,

    Randy Ruggles

Thank you for your ministry and the seeds we now plant because of your ministry helping us to find our way.

    Dear Dr. Hovind,

Are you aware of the Clarkia Idaho fossil bowl? It is on private property and for $10 you can dig all day and keep all your fossils. In 5 minutes you could have thousands of various leaf fossils and even some fish. You can grab a chunk of the earth from the cliff side and separate the layers with a butter knife and see a perfectly preserved leaf or many leaves. They are still green and will turn black before your eyes and in a few hours if left in the open air, they will dry and crack and fall away from the rock leaving just the imprint. They are stacked in layer after layer and preserved like they were on last years trees.

I grabbed buckets full of the fossil filled earth and wrapped them to slowly dry and hopefully preserve them. I left them at my place in Genesee Id. and am in Ak for 6 months. When I get back I will send some to CSE if you would like.

Please be strong and remember what a blessing your ministry is to so many people and how it has won many hearts and minds to Jesus Christ.

The enemy has used the theory of evolution to call God a liar by discrediting the first sentence in the Bible and calling into question the validity of everything else written in it. I believe that it is one of satans most powerful tools. Your ministry has disproved the theory and makes it look rediculous. I am praying for yours and your wifes release from prison and growth of your ministry. Your son Eric is doing a wonderful job in you absence.

God bless you, sincerely, Rena Cook

He did not live to please himself. Rom 15:1-3

He did not seek honor from men. Jn 5:41-43

His highest priority was to do the will of His Father, and to finish His work. Jn 4:31-38, Jn 5:30, Jn 6:37-40 Jn 12:49-50, Jn 14:7-11 (See Christ’s Obedience)

He knew that once His work was finished, He was going to the Father and would be glorified with the Father. Jn 17:1-5, Jn 13:1-4, Jn 16:5,

He knew that before He could come in glory (See Christ’s Coming), He must first suffer and be rejected. Lk 17:24-25, Jn 12:23-28

He endured immense suffering and hostility for the joy set before Him (in heaven at God’s throne). Heb 12:1-3, Jn 12:23-28

Although He deserved honor and praise on earth as God, He emptied Himself and took the form of a servant. Php 2:5-11, Lk 14:11

Our attitude should be like His who, after humbling himself, became obedient even to death. Php 2:5-11

His demeanor was characterized as quiet and gentle. Is 42:1-4 (Jesus quoted this verse in Mt 12)

He knew and accepted God’s purpose for His life. Luke 4:18-21

When tempted to gratify His own needs, He chose to trust God’s Word and wait for His victory. Mt 4:1-5

When tempted to accept immediate earthly glory, He didn’t waver from His Father’s plan and purpose. Mt 4:8-10

He knew He had the power to escape His suffering. Yet, He was faithful to His purpose and did not fight back. Mt 26:50-56, Jn 18:7-11 (See in context: Mt 26:36-56)

He accepted His suffering and death because it was for that purpose He came. Jn 12:23-28

When He was oppressed and afflicted, He did not open His mouth. Is 53:7 (See all of Isaiah 53)

When falsely accused, He kept silent. Mt 26:60-68, Mt 27:11-14, Mk 14:60-65, Mk 15:2-5, Jn 19:6-12

Without turning away, He gave Himself to being hit, spit upon, and having his beard plucked. He was not rebellious and did not hide His face from shame. Is 50:5-7

He knew that God would help Him and that He would not ultimately be disgraced or ashamed. Is 50:5-7

Despite His suffering, He was neither crushed nor disheartened as He faithfully brought forth justice. Is 42:1-4 (He quoted this verse in Mt 12)

It was purely His choice to lay down His life, no one could take it from Him. Jn 10:17-18

Even on the cross, He still showed compassion. Lk 23:33-35
I got this fantastic summary from Berit Kjos. So we have FELLOWSHIP in His suffering. Each of us called by His name.
Very exited to see what the Lord is going to do for you, Dr. Kent!

Yes! Fight the good fight and win the race. We did not even know this was happening. We found out when my son was online trying to find some more videos from the Hovind ministry. We are grateful for the obedience given for this gift of knowledge from the Lord to Dr. Kent Hovind and his family. This trial cannot be easy, but what I see coming is coming upon all who stand for the Lords testimony. As I can see Dr. Hovind was one of the first jailed. Let’s pray that we who are chosen will endure to the end. This evil the wicked have done will be punished so severely if not repented of, I would not want to be them on that day of judgment. Let’s stay in full obedience to ALL His Words in this small life. We are sending the petitions out over and over in hopes of a new release date. The judgment for the wickedness is already here. Isn’t it uncanny that the first jailed for the testimony is one of the very places also being judged and destroyed with oil, the greed, until it’s coming out our noses, like the quail in the wilderness. the wicked Mardi Gras, Texas oil greed, and hatred for Dr. Hovind. Earth quakes galore, volcanoes, tornadoes, hurricanes, these are from God, He is tired of this foolishness and rampant sin. Stay Righteous and Holy before a Mighty and Wonderful Savior. Thank you Lord for Dr. Hovind and his family. I know you are with them even in their time of suffering. Please Lord, I ask you to give him time with his family, to break his chains, before more sufferings come upon your children the gentiles for when we are cut off before the Jewish tribes be grafted back in. He has suffered so, let him and all of us be humbled at Your Presence in us, and may we bow down our spirit unto You and Who you are! Lord Christ Who is the Lord of the Old Testament and the Lord of the New Testament. Forgive us of any unrighteousness and help us to stay clean in YOUR Sight. We know through your Spirit, you took Dr. James Kennedy also out of the way, like Josiah the King. We thank you for the delicacies you have so freely bestowed upon us in this life. We humbly ask for you to let us have your wonderful Peace through our trials now and the trials to come. In Your Holy and Almighty Name, Lord, Amen!!!

We are based on a Christian Nation- not Muslim……..Jenlynn: I agree that we were primarily based as a Christian nation, but as such, should we not show tolerance toward all people (Muslims included)? Does Christianity not teach us this??
