A “Science Guy” Against Science?

This rebuttal is my response to an article written on Bill Nye, the Science Guy. I have responded paragraph by paragraph to Mr. Hallowell’s article on Mr. Nye.

Billy Hallowell, “Scientist Bill Nye Hammers Creationists: Evolution-Deniers ‘Hold Everybody Back,‘ Harm Children’s Education & Hold Views That Will Eventually Be Extinct,” The Blaze, August 27, 2012.

Bill Nye was once beloved for being America s brightest and most energetic “science guy.” However, the former children s show host (“Bill Nye the Science Guy” aired from 1993 until 1998) is entering more contentious ground of late, as he recently jumped into the political realm to intensely support President Barack Obama s re-election campaign.

The adjectives used by some to describe Bill Nye include bright and energetic. History records lots of people who were “bright” and “energetic” but were WRONG. Hmmm? Let’s see: Hitler, Pol Pot, Stalin, Mao, Voltaire, Osama bin Laden to name a FEW who were zealous for the wrong cause. Let’s remember that “bright and energetic” does NOT = right!

But, politics isn’t his only area of interest these days. Last week, the famed scientist lashed out against champions of creationism. In a new video for Big Think, an online educational forum, Nye claims that evolution deniers are damaging children and harming scientific progress.

“Evolution deniers?” Do ya see any prejudice in THAT statement? Before we can decide if we “deny” evolution, we need to understand the terms. Bill needs to define the word evolution first in order for folks to know if they want to “deny” it or not! I have been through this important define-the-terms step in all 100 debates I did with evolutionists at various universities as well as thousands of Q&A sessions. I encourage students and teachers everywhere to carefully define the word evolution BEFORE they enter into a discussion on evolution, so everyone knows what they are discussing. It is futile to proceed until the terms are defined. The problem (intentional?) is that the word “evolution” actually has six meanings or levels or stages:

  1. Cosmic evolution: the origin of time/space/matter from nothing in the supposed “Big Bang”
  2. Chemical evolution: all the elements “evolved” from hydrogen
  3. Stellar evolution: stars formed from dust clouds
  4. Organic evolution: life formed from non-living matter
  5. Macro-evolution: plants and animals produce offspring different than their ‘kind’
  6. Micro-evolution: variations develop within the kind such as big dogs and little dogs; bacteria becoming resistant to drugs; etc.



Only ONE of these definitions for evolution is true SCIENCE—Number 6. The first five are part of a RELIGION that adherents must “believe” in since they have NEVER been observed or demonstrated. Bill is guilty of mixing these definitions indiscriminately. He (along with many science books) sees and shows lots of evidence for definition #6 with which I agree, but then ASSUMES that this is evidence for the first five. That is NOT good science, Bill! The variations we all observe and that every farmer on planet earth understands and uses does NOT offer ANY evidence for the first five definitions of evolution.

Of course, Bill is welcome to BELIEVE the first five definitions, but he should be honest and stop trying to deceive people into thinking they are also part of science. Only #6, micro-evolution can be observed and demonstrated, the criteria for provable science. Creationists do NOT “deny” that there is evidence for evolution definition #6, but we DO deny there is any “scientific” evidence for the first five. Bill should plainly and honestly admit his use of the word evolution is religious. He is free to promulgate his religious views on his own dime, but he should not be allowed to use tax payer money to teach his mixed definitions of evolution as science in tax funded programs. Bill is the one who is “damaging children” and “harming the scientific process” when he confuses the terms and evidence!

The video, which was posted last Thursday, has already been viewed more than one million times. Entitled, “Creationism Is Not Appropriate for Children,” the clip holds little back when it comes to the scientist’s views on evolutionary denial. In the video, Nye takes particular issue with the fact that America is the only nation in which creationism is so widely embraced.

Millions of copies of our Creation Seminar Series are circling the globe in over 30 languages (see: www.creationtoday.org) so Bill needs to get busy! Bill is the one in denial. The evidence for a Designer is OVERWHELMING at ALL levels through the microscope or telescope. The verse in 2 Peter 3:15 describes it perfectly—”willingly ignorant…”! Does Bill need to light a candle to see the sun?

“Denial of evolution is unique to the United States,” he said. “People still move to the United States. And that’s largely because of the intellectual capital we have, the general understanding of science.”

Beer is often sold at football games. Beer has NOTHING to do with football and beer does NOT ever produce better athletes by frequent association with football. It is true that the evolution religion is unfortunately often mixed with science books, but it will never become science by virtue of frequent association with real science. Evolution needs to be taught in a RELIGION class at school or maybe an “ancient mythology” class, but NOT in a SCIENCE class.

His qualms with individuals who don t embrace the notion that human beings evolved goes well beyond mere theological and scientific disagreement. Nye believes that those who tout creationism are actually doing damage to scientific progression.

All through history there have been FALSE notions that hindered or damaged scientific advancement. For instance, the geocentric theory made it very hard to advance astronomy. Today, evolution is one of the greatest hindrances to the advancement of science. See the video “Expelled” with Ben Stein for many examples.

“When you have a portion of the population that doesn’t believe in that, it holds everybody back, really,” he said, going on to say that it’s difficult to make sense of life and to attain the proper answers if one denies the scientific theory. “Evolution is the fundamental idea in all of life science — in all of biology.”

This is a crazy statement for an otherwise intelligent man to make! It was the belief in creation and design in nature that was the driving force behind the founding and advancement of EVERY branch of science over the last 400 years. It is the religion of evolution that is the obstacle today. DESIGN is the fundamental idea in all of science—NOT evolution! The evolution theory has done nothing in the advancement of science. Revelation 12:9 says Satan “deceiveth the whole world.” You have been deceived, Bill. Open your eyes before it is t-o-o-o-o-o late!

Bill’s statement, “Evolution is the fundamental idea in all of life science and all of biology” is not only unprovable and wrong, it is standard dogma for his followers. I have often said that even if evolution, as in the first five definitions, were true, it has NOTHING to do with any real practical science. In addition to being harmful to the advancement of science, evolution is a USELESS theory!

Nye went on to plead with parents — even those who “deny evolution” and live in a “world that’s completely inconsistent with everything we observe in the universe” — to properly educate their children.

I agree! Parents need to “properly educate their children.” This would include teaching them the truth about evolution in order to prepare them to face the zealots who peddle their evolution religion under the guise of science. I’m Being Taught Evolution in my Biology Class! would be a great start for curriculum!

“We need scientifically literate voters and taxpayers for the future. We need people that can — we need engineers that can build stuff, solve problems,” he added.

“We need scientifically literate voters and taxpayers in the future.” Hmmm? Are these Bill’s code words to say that anyone who does NOT fall for his religion should NOT be allowed to vote, should not be allowed to earn a living, or maybe even, not allowed to live on planet earth? What engineer uses any of the ideas of the evolution religion in his work, Bill?

“In another couple centuries that worldview, I’m sure just won’t exist,” Nye concluded. “There’s no evidence for it.”

Future? I think it was Voltaire who said something similar. He said that in the future, no one would believe the Bible. Sometime after that Voltaire’s house was used to store Bibles to ship to missionaries! Nietzsche said, “God is dead!” Hmmm? I think God would say, “Nietzsche is dead!”

As noted, Nye has been speaking out fervently for President Obama’s re-election campaign and, as Inquisitr has noted, he’s been stumping for him.

Isn’t it revealing that a guy who believes he came from a rock and that there are therefore no moral absolutes would be for Obama? What morals does a rock, or more recently, a monkey, have? Hmmm? Makes ya think about this election! Truly the god of this world, Satan, has blinded the minds of many. Second Corinthians 4:4 says, “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”

Proverbs 28:2 also gives us a timely warning: “For the transgression of the land, many are the princes thereof.” We have LOTS of politicians and government bureaucrats telling us how to run our lives in every detail because we are a wicked nation! God is giving us what we DESERVE not what we WANT. America has SERIOUS problems that will NOT be fixed by this (or any) election. I think 2 Chronicles 7:14 is the ONLY fix for this problem! Read that verse carefully! God is waiting for HIS people to do right.

Remember Stalin said, “He who votes is not important. He who counts the votes is important!”

When I am released, my offer still stands. I will debate any ten evolutionists, including Bill Nye, at any time on three simple conditions:

  1. The Creationist side gets half the time.
  2. We talk about one topic at a time.
  3. Either side can video the debate and distribute it, unedited, except for adding in visuals or PowerPoint slides.



I would love to see Bill’s (or anyone else’s) best evidences for any of the first five definitions of evolution. Looks to me like anyone with one eye and half a brain can see that “God created the Heaven and the earth.”

BTW, world events s-u-u-u-r-e make ya think we are getting close to the end just as the Bible predicted. Meanwhile — WIN SOULS!

Open Letter to Elizabeth ~ Soul Winning

Dear Elizabeth,

Thanks for your kind comments. Your blog post covers a subject that is timeless—soul winning.

In your blog post you said, “You have such a good attitude about soul-winning. I wish I always had a good attitude about it.” Then you describe some discouraging moments you had going door to door soul-winning. I won’t retype your whole blog because: a) I type slow; b) Anyone can read them on line; c) Others are waiting on the typewriter as we have only two working typewriters here for 550 men; and, d) My back hurts when I sit for long periods of time since I broke it once, had whiplash twice, and slide on it way too much. Baptists not only believe in backsliding, we practice it! :)

Here are some of my random thoughts about soul-winning prompted by your post:

1. The Bible says in Proverbs 11:30, “He that winneth souls is wise.” Daniel 12:3 also says, “They that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.” From these passages, I get the idea that a wise man wins souls (or tries to) and a fool does not. We need to ask God for wisdom and win souls (James 1:5)!

2. Spreading the gospel and winning souls is a command of the Lord (Mt. 28:19-20; Mk. 16:15-20; Acts 1:8). Just do it.

3. You don’t have to feel any love for the world or the lost. That may or may not come. Jonah hated the people God sent him to. (Jonah 4). The Bible says, “God so loved the world…” (Jn. 3:16). I don’t have to love them. God does. I love God, so witnessing is done because of love for and obedience to God; not always from a love for the lost.

4. You mention “always” having a good attitude about it. Forget it. I often do NOT have a good attitude about it but do it anyway. God is the Boss. I am His servant. (I am NOT His “slave” as most new perversions say. A slave has no choice. I am a voluntary servant. See Ex. 21:1-6.) I don’t always have a good attitude about being God’s servant either. I read His Word and try to follow it but there is no compulsion. Follow God if you want. The same mentality applies to scores of other relationships. God gave commands for the husband, the wife, the children, the servants, and the masters (Eph. 5:21-6:9; Col. 3:18-4:1; 1 Pt. 2:17-3:8).

It is a truly wonderful thing when a man voluntarily surrenders his will to the will of God. I find the more I simply obey the easier life gets. God is admonished us not to “harden our hearts” (Deut. l5:7; 1 Sam. 6:6; Ps. 95:8; Heb. 3:8, 15; 4:7). He warned us in Proverbs 29:1, “He that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.

It is a sad thing when a child hardens his heart against the will of the parents who love him (Eph. 6:2). The first commandment with a promise was to honor the father and mother (Ex. 20:12). That promise was a long life. It is just as sad when a wife does not understand her commands and a husband does not understand his commands. Disobedience always brings problems in the family, in the church, and in society. God told us what He wants and blesses us when we do it but He does not force His will on us. Even after being a Christian for nearly 43 years, I still go through cycles of serving willingly and cheerfully and then serving begrudgingly or even not serving or obeying at all. You would think I would learn. Some of us are hard-headed!

Anyway, DON’T wait till you have a good attitude about sharing the Gospel. Just go.

5. Don’t get caught in the trap of thinking there is only one way to fulfill the great commission to go and spread the Gospel. It does not have to be door to door. Jesus “went about doing good” (Acts 10:38). You could develop an entire ministry around something you love to do. For example, suppose you like to bake cakes. Bake ten cakes and go find some person or family to give one to. As you give them the cake say, “God laid it on my heart to give you this. He wants you to know that He loves you and wants you in His family. Can I leave this tract with you or can I share with you how to join God’s family?

I don’t know if Dr. Carl Hatch is still alive or if his material on soul- winning is still available but he was one of the most innovative and effective soul-winners I ever met! If you find his teaching tapes you will get hundreds of new ideas on how to win souls. The same is true of Ray Comfort’s materials available on www.livingwaters.com.

If you don’t like going door to door, then don’t do it that way. I like using creation science information to start conversations and lead people to Christ. I spent MANY years going door to door and had some great success. I drove a church bus for 17 years and brought thousands to church and to the Lord. I’m for that method but fear that some get stuck thinking that is the only way. Not true. In the parable of the sower in Matthew 4 and Luke 8, some of the seed was accidently sown by the way side “as he went out to sow.” Before the sower even got where he was going, he planted some seeds unknowingly.

Let God guide you into how He wants you to do tell others about Him. You could be a video missionary. Just give out DVDs to people you meet. Creation Today offers a “tract pack” where you can order 100 DVD’s for $99. These make great “tracts” that bring people to Christ. You could be a full-time tire changer. Look for people along the highway with a flat tire and say, “Excuse me ma’am. I’ll change your tire for you if you will read this booklet while I do it.”

Just remember the scene from the movie The Matrix”—there is no spoon. There is more than one way to share God’s Word. Just do it!

6. Give something away. “A man’s gift maketh room for him.” (Proverbs 18:16). When you give someone a gift, they will often have “room” to give you some of their time to hear the Gospel. As I mentioned above, giving a free DVD is a great way. Here are a few more:
A. Go visit hospitals or nursing homes and give booklets like “Big Daddy” or “In the Beginning” or “It’s Coming” all available at www.chick.com and available from www.creationtoday.org. Give them your time by reading to them and listening to their stories. You can give the gift of laughter. Just read them the blog I wrote called “The Dog Died.” That ought to open a door to minister to someone!
B. Give out book markers. I make book markers here for the men and their families. If you have never seen one of these I make, please send me your address and the names of your family members and I’ll be glad to make them each one. They are way cool! I am currently rather limited in my opportunities for evangelism, which I am sure the Devil intended, but I can still witness by making these little gifts.
D. Give an hour of free yard work or house cleaning in exchange for them reading a tract or watching a DVD. The list of ideas along this line would be endless! Just find some way to get someone to listen to the Gospel.

7. Don’t get discouraged! The results are up to God. Noah preached for many years and nobody listened (2 Pt. 2:5). Paul preached and some believed, some mocked and some said, “Hmmmm…let me think about that.” (Acts 17:4-5; 28:24). Be not weary in well doing (2 Thes. 3:13). God is keeping score and He will try every man’s work to see of what SORT it is, NOT what SIZE it is (1 Cor. 3:13). Think on THAT verse for five minutes!

Elizabeth, thanks again for your kind words. It is such a blessing to get words of encouragement in prison (Pro. 25:25; Mt. 25:34-46). Many serve God faithfully for years and never see the fruit of their labor (Heb. 11:39). If you have never heard the story of “The George Street Preacher,” be sure to listen to that one! It is only about ten minutes long and it will bless your gizzard!

Happy 5th of July!

Happy5th of July! We don’t celebrate this day much, but we should. This is the day many of the founding fathers began the l-o-o-o-o-o-n-g struggle to win the freedoms we take for granted. It’s easy to declare your independence and quite another to actually gain it. Moses and his crowd found that out as did Joshua and Caleb, the D-day invasion force, the guys who stormed Iwo Jima’s beaches and millions of others over earth’s long bloody history. Freedom ISN’T free!

I found it quite ironic yesterday to be celebrating freedom for the 6th time in part of the largest prison system in the world run by the same government that has established FEMA camps all over the land (currently empty but guarded) capable of holding millions! Hmmm? ya think they are nervous about their “Pinky and the Brain” plans to rule the world? Maybe they think there are still some Patrick Henry’s, Sam Adams’ and Paul Revere’s out there. I sure HOPE so!

Anyway, all is well here. Lots of heat and wind and a little rain once in while. Great Bible studies with the guys who still need encouraging mail as young converts! Call 877-479-3466 to get a list. Our lunch was hamburgers on the grill and watermelon! Really good! We had a bag supper so the staff could be with their family, like 95% of these guys should be. S-o-o-o-o-o, for supper, I had one of my famous sandwiches (well, around my house they’re famous) with peanut butter, jelly, cheese, banana, turkey, and honey! Wow! You will remember eating THAT for hours! Love em!! Ask my wife or kids if you don’t believe me. :))

Good news! I got promoted! I was rolling silverware for $.12/hr, but I am now the Halite Crystal Installation Engineer! (I put the salt in the bag lunches.) Twenty men work 1/2 hr each day to pack condiment bags for the prisons next door. I was putting the tea in the bags. THAT is QUITE ironic! It made me remember a tea party in Boston one time. :)) Is it time for another one of those? Lots of folks sure think so. We’ll see if it plays out this November! BTW – Stalin said, “He who votes is not important. He who COUNTS the votes is important!” Hmmm? Who counts your votes? Who checks up on the ones who count?

It is just a rough estimate but I think I have gotten over 10,000 letters since I was sent to prison. I answer nearly all of them and often send one of my world famous (well…not yet :)) book markers in my reply. It a simple but great way to minister! It is s-o-o-o-o-o encouraging to get mail and especially testimony letters in which people tell how the videos have changed their lives! All glory to God, alone! Even Elijah got discouraged ya know (I Kn 18; James 5:17). Well, the one I got at mail call an hour ago from someone in Canada gets the prize! I wish I could share all 5 pages but…here is just a summary:

Dear Dr. Dino,

Just after New Years Eve 2007 was the first time I heard your voice. I stopped to visit a friend and was drunk at the time. I was in party mode and arrived bearing gifts—more beer. Two of my friends were there watching these stupid DVD’s of some guy that I figured was a con artist that was out to grab money. Both of the men were bikers and it was strange how they were glued to the screen. I began to mock and criticize and try to get their attention and pretend I was not interested.

But something happened while I slept that night. I awoke with a strange desire to hear and watch more. I put the video back in and watched more. I found myself consumed by the message. We were all pretty hardened in our lives and needed strong proof that what we were hearing about creation verses evolution was true. We searched for mistakes, lies, and slip-ups but couldn’t find any. Fact checking became part of our daily lives. It wasn’t enough that we were convinced that our new Lord and Savior was real-we had to convince everyone else! Soon we were spending days and nights making copies of your DVDs to pass out to friends. J*** would go days and nights without bathing or leaving the house, just fixated on copying and spreading your Gospel message.

I was baptized June 17, 2007. My journey was carefully calculated by God. Kent, God had been trying to reach me for so long and like some wild horse running through fields terrified to become captive and taken care of by the Master, all the while running through barbed wire fences, inflicting unnecessary wounds to itself, with blinders on, running full force, smashing into things. That was me until I heard your DVDs. God Bless you Kent! Love, L***

Letters like this make me s-o-o-o-o-o glad I devoted myself to winning souls 43 years ago. Are you investing your life in things that last forever? You should!

Micro-Chip and Obama Care Article Rebuttal and the Scoffers

One of the resident atheists/scoffers here read the article about the Obamacare health law requiring microchips to be implanted and had a “rebuttal” sent in from “Snopes”— whoever that is. According to the “rebuttal,” the rumor of the microchip is not true. Snopes says there is nothing in the law to require anyone to be implanted with a chip and never was.

Having a long history of dealing with skeptics and scoffers I have learned to read what they say a little more carefully than some. :) They have a tendency to be…willingly ignorant.

Snopes claims the page numbers cited are part of a “now-irrelevant” Bill HR 3200 that is not the same as the one that actually passed. OK…I can’t research that from here to see if that is true but… he (she?) from Snopes is missing several key points:

1. The fact that the chip was in the language of the originally proposed bill clearly shows the mindset of those who wrote the bill, namely they want to mandate that everyone receive an implanted device to monitor various things about health care. Read the article referred to in my previous blog to see for yourself. It DOES allow the Secretary to mandate an implanted device.

Anyone who has studied the history of the Social Security (SS) numbering system and how it was sold to the public in the 1930’s will understand how those numbers work. Those pushing for SS in the days surrounding the creation of the social security system said clearly in the debate, and even on the early SS cards, that the system was “not for identification purposes” and that the entire social security system was “voluntary.” What happened to that?

Any implanted 21st-century microchip will obviously be used eventually for not only identification but also for tracking and financial transactions. See Revelation 13.

2. NOBODY in Congress or the Senate even read the 2,400-page bill before they voted on it, as it arrived on their desks shortly before the vote was taken. In spite of the fact that both law and common sense require that bills be posted and studied for several days before any vote is taken, ObamaCare was not. Like most bills, the language in the bill is very ambiguous and certainly gives the “Secretary” PLENTY of wiggle room to still make it a mandate. The full details will be in the implementing regulations which will follow this bill/law. Is Snopes willing to put up a hefty bond that there is NO POSSIBLE way the current language could EVER be interpreted to accomplish the original intent or requiring an implant? Or that the forthcoming implementation regulations will not have the requirement? Has he (she?) read the entire law? Or even seen the law? Have you seen the law? Has your Congressman read the law NOW?

3. Is Snopes or anyone else willing to bet that the same language or idea is NOT still in the bill, just on different pages or scattered in various places to be collected later by a clever lawyer?

4. Even if this law does not require the microchip type device to be implanted it is abundantly clear that the Bible says a ‘mark’ system to buy or sell WILL happen. See Revelation 13.

5. It is also clear that over the last 20 years or so, millions of these chips have already been implanted in animals and people. Mexico has been putting them in their political leaders for a long time! It is obvious to most everyone with at least one eye and half of a brain, that the world is racing toward an all electronic transaction type system. It is also obvious that this will eventually become mandatory because cash, checks, credit cards etc simply will not be accepted.

6. Revelation 20 is also clear that MANY refuse to take the mark and are martyred for their faithfulness in the last days! Satan’s kingdom will be “partly strong and partly broken” according to Daniel 2. All through history, Satan and his followers have tried to force their plans on the followers of God and gotten VERY angry if the followers object. Cain sure used force on Abel! Pharaoh used force on the Jews in Egypt. Hitler used force on any who opposed him. Muslims force their beliefs on any who resist as do Communists. The list goes on and on! Those who refuse the mark in the future will be forced to make a hard choice.

I suggest everyone get busy NOW and win souls and encourage others to serve the Lord. Daniel 12:3 tells about the Grand Prize! Go for it! Dear God … Knee-Mail Book 1

Prison presents many challenges for both the inmates and the family who waits back home. One of the tremendous battles within the prison walls is the battle that takes place within your gray matter. Satan is a mastermind in fighting within this battle zone and many inmates just plain lose it mentally. Debauched thoughts, mental anguish, poor logic, deceptive and deceitful plans, and depression all easily fill your mind. And yes, Satan always works to fill our minds with the opposite of what God commands, whether within or outside of a physical prison cell. But somehow the prison walls have a “steroid effect” on the battle within the mind, growing these negatives exponentially. Paul the Apostle, no stranger to prison cells, told us what to do in Philippians 4:8.

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

In an effort to apply Paul’s admonishment to my own mind, as well as to record a type of journal throughout my prison term, I have been writing short letters to God and short “knee-mails” that portray imaginary conversations with saints in Heaven. Some of the first 50 “journal entries” of this type form my new book, Dear God … Book 1. The Colorado Fires

Wow! Windy and HOT these days! I’m getting a lot of mail and asking if the Colorado fires are a danger to us here. Short answer: not yet. We see smoke plumes 35 miles north of here from time to time and sure get the smoke smell quite often but no fires here. I don’t see anything within 5 miles that could burn! We do have lots of rocks and dust in this high desert though. We had a dust storm today that was amazing to watch! Visibility was about 100 yards. It’s been over 100F the last few days, too, but with the wind and low humidity it’s not like 100F in Florida! That’s for sure.

Several of the new converts (Daniel Kernes and Cesar Cansdale) have recently gone home! Several others are s-o-o-o-o-o-o thrilled to be getting mail from those who have responded to my plea! Thanks! It means more than you can ever know if you have never been locked up. See Pro. 25:25; Mt. 25:34-46 and Heb. 13:3 for starters to see what God thinks of that! On the legal front, Paul Hansen has been fighting this injustice the way it needs to be fought. I wasted five years fighting the case on the issues. I knew I was innocent and figured the courts would see that, too, but that’s not the way it works in America anymore. Only 1 out of 700 cases are overturned that way. It’s like a chess game where the opponent has permission to cheat and lie. Hmmm? You have to constantly challenge their lack of jurisdiction or lack of due process. There is no time limit on that. Paul Hansen has the John Hancock attitude I love! It doesn’t matter how big the enemy is. Just do right!

There are several motions in the courts now and others going in this week that I hope will overturn my case. I have uncovered over 20 violations of law by the government that put me in prison. I will pick at each and every one till I win!

I have also taken the offensive by filing a lawsuit for damages against the government. When I was moved out of the Edgefield, SC camp, they kept my legal box with all my files. I FINALLY got it 20 months later! During that same time they denied my other motions as being filed too late! How can you rule a time sensitive motion as being late when they kept my files??? WELL, they did so I filed suit. There is plenty of case law on my side for this one. The “Justice Department” is getting exposed for what it really is these days.

Writing this series of stories has blessed me beyond words! I feel it will also be a great blessing to parents and grandparents, as well as the kids who are inspired to serve God by it! I can’t be home now to be the grandpa I always dreamed of being so I must do the next best thing and take an imaginary trip with them where I can teach them things. Above all, I want to teach my five grandchildren to love the Lord and win souls! (I actually have an ulterior motive! I want to win the grand prize God offered in Daniel 12:3!! NOW you know!)

Nine Months until the Mark of the Beast?

Ya might want to share this information with folks you love…or even the ones you hate! Not many folks realize it, but Obamacare Law HR3200, that NOBODY read before they voted for it, requires that everyone get an implanted micro-chip by March 23, 2013. Hmmm? That’s less than nine months away! There is an article explaining in great detail what is hidden in this crazy law on p. 3 of the Apr-Jun, 2012 issue of The Trumpet posted on www.unregisteredbaptistfellowship.com. This new Health Care (Obamacare) law requires an RFID chip implanted in all of us. This chip will not only contain your personal information with tracking capability, but it will also be linked to your bank account. And get this, Page 1004 of the new law (dictating the timing of this chip), reads, and I quote: “Not later than 36 months after the date of the enactment”.

It is now the law of the land that by March 23rd 2013, we will all be required to have an RFID chip underneath our skin and this chip will be link to our bank accounts as well as have our personal records and tracking capability built into it.

“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark IN their right hand, or IN their foreheads:” Revelation 13:16. ALL new Bible versions have changed that IN to ON. Hmmmm? I been tellin’ folks to get a KJV Bible!

Words of Wisdom from My Dad

My dad (Robert Hovind 1920-1993) was an electrical engineer for Caterpillar Tractor Company in Peoria for many years. He was a VERY smart man! In addition to his brilliant mind, Dad possessed enormous amounts of common sense. He often had great words of practical wisdom for me as I brought him my problems. I was scanning channels a few weeks ago and heard a song called “I hear voices.” Hmmmm… me, too, a voice from the past—my Dad’s!

One day as a young man, some kids were talking badly about me behind my back. I went to my dad, and the following is the gist of our conversation, a great example of Dad’s wisdom.

“Son, you say a few kids are saying bad things about you behind your back at school and this hurts you? Let me try to put this in perspective for you. As I see it there are four kinds of people in the world. Let’s see which kind of people they are and what kind of person you want to be.

1. Great people with great minds.
These people spend their time thinking about and talking about ideas, concepts, plans, goals, and dreams. These people change the world! Be one of those.

2. Average people with average minds.
These people spend their time thinking about and talking about events. What’s for lunch? What movie is showing this week? Who won the game? Did you get a deer last week? Have you heard about the tornado in Alabama? Have you seen the new Vet!? Who will care in 1,000 years?!

3. Weak people with weak minds.
These people spend their time thinking about and talking about other people. Who is the best golfer? Who is the best quarterback? Who got a raise at work?

4. Evil people with evil minds.
These people spend their time talking about other people behind their back where they can’t defend themselves. Did you notice so and so showed up late again? Did you see that awful dress Sally was wearing? What do you think about the birthday gift she gave him? He really thinks he is something, doesn’t he?

Son, these people talk about you till you enter the room and then they start again when you leave; but, while you are there they will pretend they are your friend and smile and be nice and kind. They are hypocrites, son. Jesus warned us about them in Matthew 7:15. They are foolish and evil. They will accomplish nothing with their lives and will prevent you from accomplishing anything of value as well if you spend time with them or let them get to you. Avoid them, son. Forget them and walk away. (Proverbs 14:7).

It is not even worth trying to point out their problem to them. If you tell a pig he stinks he will do five things:

A. He won’t agree.
B. He won’t understand the problem.
C. If he does understand the situation, he won’t see it as a problem.
D. He won’t be glad you told him about it.
E. Finally, he’ll get mad at you for telling him. Save your breath!

Be a great person, Son.

The Latest from Colorado

Wow! A Colorado dust storm here today! It is almost always windy here, but today it is W-I-I-I-N-D-Y! The weather is beautiful but the temperature is dropping like a rock!

God just keeps putting needy men “in the way.” I’ve been blessed to lead another man to Christ in the last few days. What a blessing!

I keep getting mail from folks telling me my son, Eric, is doing a GREAT job out there with his Creation Today ministry. (creationtoday.org) That is a blessing beyond words! If your church has never had a creation seminar, then you should! It will strengthen people’s faith and challenge them to do more soul winning. THAT is about all that will matter in 1,000 years.

On the legal front: The 11th circuit court in Atlanta now has my Motion to Reconsider En Banc which I filed pro se. As always, I ask God’s children to pray Acts 12:5 style for my release. In the meanwhile, there are several bills in the works that would cut my time and set me free. House Bill #225 and Senate Bill #1231 would do just that, but both bills nearly always die in committee. I suppose asking the same people who profit from the prison system to vote to cut it back is asking a lot! I Timothy 6:10 anyone? Maybe there should be a law that those involved in locking people up (lawyers, judges, congress etc.) cannot own stock and therefore profit from the prison system that they feed with prisoners. Hmmmm?

Keep an eye on Israel and Iran. It sure sounds like Daniel and Revelation! It’s getting close folks! Stay close to the Lord and get busy for Him while there is still time.
